This application collects precise location data from your mobile device. Although it collects precise location information, all such data is exclusively stored within your personal iCloud or Google account. Neither the Service Provider nor any third parties have access to this information.
As the Application does not collect any information, no data is disclosed to third parties.
Although no data is stored by third parties or the Service Provider, you can effortlessly cease all data collection by uninstalling the Application. This can be done using the standard uninstallation methods provided by your mobile device, the mobile app marketplace, or the network.
The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit data from, nor to engage in marketing activities directed at, children under the age of thirteen.
The Service Provider strongly advises all children to refrain from submitting any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider further recommends that parents and legal guardians supervise their children's Internet activities and assist in enforcing this Policy by instructing their children not to disclose any personally identifiable information via the Application and/or Services without prior permission. If you believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider at appsupport@kittell.net to enable the necessary remedial measures. Additionally, individuals must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of their personally identifiable information in their respective countries. In certain jurisdictions, parental or guardian consent may be required and permitted for minors under this age.
